Job summary

Englewood Health in Englewood, NJ is seeking a Part-time Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology team. Under general supervision, you will coordinate and perform ultrasound procedures as ordered by the physician and assist radiologists with technical factors.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of general ultrasound experience, ARDMS registration, SPI eligibility, BLS certification, and a HS diploma (Associate's degree preferred).

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of recent general Ultrasound Technologist experience required.
• HS Diploma or GED plus years of ultrasound tech experience required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• ARDMS registered required
• SPI credentialed with eligibility to sit for ARDMS
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform ultrasound procedures as ordered by the physician.
• Provide assistance to Radiologist/physicians with technical factors involved in procedures.
• Work with Radiology team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Summary

Under general supervision and direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor/Lead, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination and performance of ultrasound procedures as ordered by the physician. They will provide assistance to the Radiologist/physicians as requested with the technical factors involved in such ordered procedures. The candidate will work with a dynamic team of Radiologists to enrich the candidates knowledge while gaining valuable work experience in a supportive, fast-paced, professional, and collaborative environment.

Job Qualifications
