Job summary

Providence Swedish Mill Creek is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform OB/GYN, abdominal and small part sonography and to assist the radiologist during invasive procedures. The candidate must have ARDMS registry eligibility and certification, with at least one year of experience in ultrasound.

You will interpret clinical information to assess patient condition, collaborate with physicians, and contribute to a team delivering compassionate care across a large health system.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Ultrasound training program: education sufficient to meet eligibility requirements to take ARDMS registry examination
• National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations in OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts.
• Assists radiologist during invasive procedures.
• Makes a clinical judgment of the patient's condition based on information from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview and personal assessments.
