Job summary

Roshal Health in Indianapolis is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for PRN or full-time roles. You will perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures, primarily in an ER environment across hospital settings or free-standing facilities, while maintaining patient-focused care.

Candidates must have ARDMS RDMS (Ab or OB preferred), a minimum of 1 year post-graduation, a valid driver's license, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ultrasound imaging experience after graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification (Abdomen or OB preferred).
• Valid driver's license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage health clearances and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures.
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and colleagues to ensure quality care.
• Adapt to various ultrasound modalities as needed.

Ultrasound Technologist Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
• Current ARDMS certification - RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
• Valid Driver's License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications
