Henry Ford Health seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the direction of a Radiologist at the Moross Road campus in Detroit. You will ensure accurate imaging and contribute to patient care with proper technique and safety practices.

The role requires ARDMS registration or eligibility, with credential progression including SPI, Abdomen, and OB/GYN exams within 12 months if eligible, and ongoing continuing education to maintain high standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ARDMS registration or eligible to sit for ARDMS exam.
• SPI, Abdomen, and OB/GYN ARDMS exams must be completed within 12 months of hire if eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under Radiologist supervision.
• Use imaging techniques and patient positioning to obtain quality diagnostic data.
• Follow department protocols and safety practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain hours of continued medical education to stay current.
