HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic sonographic exams using ultrasound equipment across multiple modes. You will select transducers, adjust equipment, and explain procedures to patients while maintaining accurate records and patient data.

The role requires completing CSLS within 30 days, RDMS or ARRT-S credentials, and at least 1 year of experience. This on-site position supports our comprehensive patient care team in Port St. Lucie, FL.

Formación

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) or ARRT‑S (Sonography) credential.
• 1 year of experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations using ultrasonic equipment in various modes and techniques.
• Produces diagnostic images using Doppler, abdominal or pregnancy ultrasound.
• Selects transducer and adjusts equipment controls per organ and test specifications.
• Explains procedures to patients and addresses concerns.
• Enters test data and patient information into computer to maintain records.
