Job summary

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist in Paramus, NJ. The role requires performing a variety of ultrasound studies, including abdominal and obstetrical scans, and assisting with echocardiograms. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of hospital experience and Heartsaver/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous hospital experience as an ultrasound technologist required.
• Heartsaver/CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform abdominal, vascular, small parts, pelvic, and obstetrical ultrasound studies.
• Assist the physician with transesophageal echocardiograms.
• Maintain records of all procedures performed.
• Schedule patients for ultrasound procedures.
• Provide clinical supervision to Ultrasonography students.
