Position Highlights

• Sign-on bonus: $1,000
• Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL
• Floating Locations: Plainfield North, Bolingbrook Immediate Care
• Type: Per Diem/PRN
• Hours: 8 or 10-hour shifts with varying start times, including day, evening, and possible night shifts
• Holidays: 1 per year

What You Will Do

Under general supervision, using ultrasound equipment, produce two-dimensional ultrasound images of internal organs for use by Radiologists in diagnosis and study of organ malfunction. Provide excellent customer service, explain procedures to patients, and address questions to reduce anxiety and promote trust.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum of an Associate's Degree or higher
• Certification or proof of eligibility for certification by ARRT (S)(American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Sonography) or ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography)
• Must be certified and registered as RDMS (OB or AB), RT(S), RT (VS), RVT, or RVS within 24 months of eligibility or 6 months of start date
• Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Preferred experience in Vascular, Breast, Abdomen, OB/GYN, MSK, and Pediatric sonography
