San Bernardino County is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist I to assist in ultrasound procedures in a leading healthcare facility. Candidates must be able to provide quality patient care and are expected to be eligible for American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers certification. The role includes responsibilities from setting up equipment to monitoring patients throughout procedures.
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC)is recruiting for an Ultrasound Technologist I who under training conditions, assists staff with a variety of technical ultrasonic procedures for the diagnosis of disease. Duties include selecting the appropriate transducers for the specific ultrasonic examinations; eliciting the cooperation of patients; explaining procedures and calming the patient's fears; setting up patients and equipment for procedures; and monitoring patients before, during, and after testing and selecting, reviewing and storing ultrasound images.
