Ultrasound Technologist - General, Vascular, & Breast, Part time 24 Hours per Week

Join us at Atlantic Medical Imaging as an Ultrasound Technologist for a part-time position (24 hours/week) in the Atlantic County region.

Position Details

Our technologists perform a variety of ultrasound studies including General, Vascular, and Women’s Imaging. Responsibilities include:

1. Performing ultrasound exams according to established policies and schedules;
2. Reviewing patient requests and clinical histories;
3. Instructing patients and respecting privacy;
4. Maintaining equipment in excellent condition;
5. Performing additional duties as assigned.

This role provides coverage across Egg Harbor Township, Somers Point, Galloway, Mays Landing, Atlantic City/Local 54, and other offices in the Atlantic-Cape region. The schedule includes 3-8 hour shifts, evenings, 2-12 hour shifts, and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of ultrasound experience in General, Vascular, Breast, and procedures;
• ARDMS certification;
• CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) prior to employment;
• Intermediate computer skills;
• Knowledge of ultrasound equipment and diagnostic imaging;
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality images;
• Strong professionalism, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Friendly, cheerful disposition and strong work ethic.

Additional Information

Part-time, 20+ hours/week positions are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, 401k, and Profit Sharing. This is an entry-level position in the healthcare provider industry within medical practices.
