Job summary

Providence is seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist at their Newberg Medical Center in Oregon. This full-time position involves performing ultrasound examinations as per physician's orders, utilizing advanced equipment, and considering patient-specific needs.

Applicants should have the necessary certifications and licenses, including Oregon Sonographer and BLS certifications. A $6000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, in addition to an excellent benefits package.

Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer Temporary.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Within 6 months of hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Upon hire: New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
• Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• 2 years OB/GYN sonography experience for 612-71875, 612-71877, 612-71878, 612-71882, 612-71883, 612-71884
