AdventHealth Oviedo is seeking a qualified imaging technologist for a 13-week StaffFlex contract. The position requires OB/abdomen registry experience, ARDMS and BLS certification, and a day shift schedule in Oviedo, Florida.

The role involves performing routine and advanced imaging studies, equipment setup, safety checks, and accurate patient record keeping. Key qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent, a high school diploma, and specialized technical training.

Job Description:

StaffFlex Contract - 13 weeks

$57.75/hr plus differentials

Sat, Sun, Mon: 6:45 a - 7:30 p; or Thur, Fri, Sat: 6:45 a - 7:30 p

Preferred: Epic experience

American Heart Association BLS, need before hire

No on-call

Performs routine and complex imaging studies, assisting with a variety of imaging procedures. Sets up and adjusts imaging equipment, manually maneuvering transducers to perform exams. Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures. Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations. Collects and maintains patient treatment records and data. Conducts pre-treatment and post-treatment patient evaluations to ensure adequate preparation. Maintains supply inventory and restocks to maintain proper operating levels. May be required to maintain quality insurance for ICAEL. Performs other duties as assigned.
