Job summary

A leading hospital in Huntsville seeks an Ultrasonographer to perform state-of-the-art diagnostic ultrasound procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and is preferred to have completion of an accredited ultrasound program with necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registration within 1 year of hire or 2 years from graduation.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Six months to one year clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Graduate accredited ultrasound program preferred.

License, certification and/or registration: Require ARDMS registered within 1 year of hire or 2 years from graduation date, whichever is later. BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Experience: Six months to one year clinical experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities: Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing task frequently and quickly. Must be willing to learn vascular ultrasound.
