Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in ultrasound procedures. The role involves performing ultrasound imaging under the direction of the Radiologist and Department Director, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging in a busy Critical Access setting.

Required are ARRT accreditation, Montana state licensure, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

About the role

Under the direction of the Radiologist and Department Director, performs ultrasound procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Graduate of a school of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT.
  • Registered technologist by the ARRT.
  • Required to be licensed technologist by the State of Montana and the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Knowledge relative to age of patients served.
  • Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

  • Salary commensurate with up to 10 years experience.
