Job summary

The Ultrasound Technologist at CHRISTUS Health will perform routine and advanced imaging procedures, operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, and ensure smooth patient flow across shifts and campuses as needed.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited ultrasound program, ARRT or ARDMS eligible certifications within 1 year, and 1 year ultrasound experience preferred; BLS required. Work schedule is 7AM–7PM, full-time position in Lindale, Texas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology.
• 1 year of ultrasound scanning experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of CHRISTUS Health competencies and provides imaging services.
• Operates and troubleshoots ultrasound equipment and ensures PACS storage.
• Collaborates with radiologists and referring physicians to optimize patient throughput.
