Job summary

Roshal Imaging, LLC in Pasadena, TX is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for PRN shifts. You will perform ultrasound studies, primarily in ER settings, and maintain image quality while following safety standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year post-graduation ultrasound experience, ARDMS RDMS certification, BLS/CPR, valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and calmly in busy environments. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB).
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls.
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive at the facility within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes, as required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
