Job summary

Roshal Imaging Services LLC in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a full-time and PRN position. The role involves performing ultrasound scans in ER settings, with opportunities for travel and varied daily cases.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year post-graduation ultrasound experience, ARDMS RDMS certification (AB/OB preferred), and a current BLS/CPR card. You must be able to work independently and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification – RDMS (AB or OB) preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Pass all health requirements including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls.
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes, as required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
