Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for Bartonsville, PA, primarily in an ER setting, with full-time and PRN options. You will perform ultrasound studies, maintain quality control, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient patient care.

Requirements include at least 1 year of post-graduate ultrasound experience and ARDMS RDMS certification (abd/OB preferred), along with a valid driver’s license and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification (abd/OB preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Pass health requirements for hospital employment (drug screen & background).
• Comfort with abdominal, OB & vascular scans.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies per accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work-related calls.
• Contact facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards when operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files as directed.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
