Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program.
• Associate's Degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from an accredited institution; if no AA, an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Sonography upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures independently under Radiologist direction.
• Image acquisition and interpretation assistance across pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Maintain equipment safety, quality control, and patient safety standards.
