Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Russellville, AR seeks an Ultrasound Technician to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams across abdominal, obstetric, vascular, neonatal, pelvic, breast and small parts.

You will ensure patient safety, proper equipment calibration, and collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited sonography or radiologic technology program, holds ARDMS or ARRT(DMS) certification (or eligible), and has BLS within 30 days of hire;

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology program.
• Certification by ARDMS or ARRT(DMS), or eligibility to obtain certification.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate sonographic exams for radiologist review and interpretation.
• Provide empathetic, age-appropriate care to patients from newborns to older adults.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure equipment calibration.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for physicians and clinical staff.
• Engage in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support daily department operations with professionalism and reliability.
