Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist I for the Ultrasound Unit. This full-time role supports 8-hour Day Shifts and requires diagnostic ultrasound training, ARDMS certification, and BLS. You will perform imaging, ensure quality control, and assist other staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a diagnostic ultrasound program approved by the AMA committee or equivalent education/experience.
• National Certification from ARDMS is required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound imaging per department standards for all patient populations.
• Serve as clinical/technical resource for less experienced sonographers.
• Participate in quality control and call schedule to meet staffing needs.
