OPEN JOBS: Ultrasound Technologist and Senior Ultrasound TechnologistLOCATION:Missoula, MontanaSALARY: $63,954 to $109,429FULL-TIMEFULL BENEFITSUltrasound Technologist and Senior Ultrasound TechnologistThese roles are involved with the day-to-day Ultrasound Department operations located within Diagnostic Imaging.- The sonographer requires minimal supervision, performs diagnostic medical sonograms both general and vascular, provides quality patient care, and assumes responsibility for all ultrasound services offered.
- This position works closely and communicates effectively with patients, coworkers, lead sonographer, manager, Radiologists, providers, and all other clinic/hospital staff to ensure the highest quality of care to our patients.
- The employee will assist the Core Leader in meeting department goals and objectives.
- Performs basic/complex general and vascular ultrasound exams and procedures and provides optimal assessment and diagnostic exams for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGISTRequired qualifications:- Coursework/Training Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) Or equivalent educ/experience.
- Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or National Registered Technologist - Sonography
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:Shift Details:- 32 Hours per Week, 0.8 FTE, Day Shift
- 40 Hours per Week, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift
- 36 Hours per Week, 0.9 FTE, Night Shift
Salary Range:SENIOR ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGISTRequired Qualifications:- Coursework/Training: Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) or equivalent educ/experience.
- National Registered Technologist - Sonography upon hire. Or National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Shift Details:- 40 Hours per Week, 1.0 FTE, Evening Shift
