Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform 2-D ultrasonic recordings for diagnostic purposes. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at the Republic, WA facility.

Relevant ARDMS eligibility and a one-year ultrasound program are required, with potential sign-on and relocation discussed during interview. Qualifications include BS in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, ARDMS eligibility, and current BLS; CME compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is desirable.
• Successful completion of an approved one (1) year program in ultrasound technology.
• Must be eligible for registry by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
• Certification in area of specialty.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements for specialty as appropriate.

Job Summary

Performs two dimensional (2-D) ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs.

Professional Requirements

• Actively checks and responds to emails throughout the day.
• Completes all mandatory education within given time-frame.
• Maintains regulatory requirements.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled.
• Wears identification while on duty; uses computerized punch time system correctly.
• Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community.
• Attends annual review and department in-services as scheduled.
• Attends at least 75% of staff meetings; reviews all monthly staff meeting minutes.
