Job summary

HCI Radiology in Tucson is seeking a Mobile Sonographer/Ultrasound Technologist for a full-time, field-based role. You will travel to patient locations across the Tucson area, perform ultrasound examinations, and ensure diagnostic-quality images while working independently.

The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ARDMS certification is required, along with a valid driver’s license and an associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related program.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification required.
• Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related program.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle to drive to patient locations within the Tucson Area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient locations including skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, and private residences throughout the Tucson area.
• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations and ensure diagnostic-quality imaging.
• Upload completed studies into the company’s PACS system in a timely manner.
• Provide a high level of patient care while working independently in different environments.

Mobile Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist (Full-Time)

An expanding diagnostic imaging provider is hiring a full-time Mobile Ultrasound Technologist. This opportunity is well-suited for professionals who prefer a field-based role, enjoy working independently, and are dedicated to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services across a variety of care settings.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday; 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to patient locations including skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, and private residences throughout the Tucson area
• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations and ensure diagnostic-quality imaging
• Upload completed studies into the company’s PACS system in a timely manner
• Provide a high level of patient care while working independently in different environments

Skills & Experience:

• Experience performing general and vascular ultrasound studies (abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, upper/lower extremity Doppler, etc.)
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong patient interaction skills, including maintaining composure in challenging situations
