Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a patient-centered, rural healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and radiologists, adherence to ALARA principles, and on-call coverage to support patient care across all shifts in a Critical Access Hospital.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or radiology program with ultrasound experience.
  • ARDMS registered or eligible; actively working toward certification if not yet registered.
  • Strong knowledge of ultrasound principles and equipment operation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and patients.
  • Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care.
  • Must have begun ultrasound training prior to 2000 or be a registered ARDMS sonographer planning to certify soon.

Responsibilities
