Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for FSER Nolensville, Monday-Friday 9a-5:30p. You will perform imaging procedures and ensure quality patient care in a diagnostic setting.

The role requires graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, ARDMS registration or plan to obtain within 6 months, and experience with Meditech and PACS. You will work independently as the sole Ultrasound Tech for FSER Nolensville.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• ARDMS registered or acquire within 6 months.
• SPI, Abdomen (AB), and OBGYN (OB) preferred to hire strongly.
• Vascular (VI) preferred.
• One year of experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.
• You will be responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
• You will demonstrate the ability to perform surgery and portable exams.
• You will accurately follow physician orders, document the completion of the exam in Meditech, scans document and verify images in PACS.
• You will follow proper procedures for quality controls and HLD related to equipment and accessories.
• You will demonstrate proper documentation concerning the patient’s history, including lab values.
• Ability work independently as you will be the only Ultrasound Tech supporting our FSER in Nolensville.

Education
