We are searching for a talented Ultrasound Technologist
Hours: Per Diem
Shift: Day shift, coverage for Tuesdays and vacation coverage as needed
Location: Radiology - Fairhaven, MA

Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Radiology Clinical Services or designee, perform diversified clinical patient care, technical and related duties within assigned modality as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Assume responsibility for each assigned patient, perform patient assessments, and correlate clinical findings with exam/procedure request. Obtain pertinent information from patient's chart and document all data within the EHR. Educate patient for exam. Position patient and select appropriate imaging equipment and supplies. Identify, prepare and/or administer pharmaceuticals related to the exam/procedure. Select technical factors/parameters/sequences to produce quality images. Properly identify anatomy and evaluate images for technical quality. Aware of the principles of ALARA and MR safety practices. Assist physicians in performing procedures. Maintain the committed Per Diem requirements.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
USD $38.50 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
