Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform a wide range of imaging procedures and to maintain equipment in a professional hospital setting.

The role requires ARDMS RDMS certification with Abdomen/OB preferred, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Hospitals require ARDMS RDMS certification (Abdomen/OB preferred).
• Proven professionalism and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with using mobile devices and apps for imaging and data.
• Willingness to comply with health, drug screen, and background checks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
