Job summary

Jobtailor in Ocala, FL is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform a broad range of ultrasound exams. You will interact compassionately with patients and maintain equipment and cleanliness in a collaborative hospital setting.

Must hold an ARDMS RDMS certification with Abd/OB focus preferred, have a valid driver's license, and be capable of independent work while passing health screenings and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post‑graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification – Abd or OB preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Must pass health screenings, drug screen, and background check.
• Comfort with abdominal, OB and vascular scans/procedures.
• Proficiency with diagnostic ultrasound equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post‑graduation
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
