The Perinatal Ultrasound Technician is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures for antenatal patients under the guidance of perinatologists.
Responsibilities include conducting transvaginal, Doppler, and Level 2 scans with minimal supervision, ensuring accurate imaging to support prenatal care.
Qualifications include completion of a formal Diagnostic Ultrasound Program, ARDMS certification, and at least 2 years of ultrasonographer experience, particularly in prenatal imaging.
Current CPR certification is also required.
