Kettering Health Dayton

Kettering Health Dayton, formerly Grandview Medical Center, has been providing care to Dayton and surrounding communities for over 90 years. It offers over 20 specialties, including orthopedics, heart and vascular, surgery, and trauma services. The hospital has expanded its Emergency Department and heart & vascular services, including new catheterization and electrophysiology labs. It partners with Gem City Market to provide fresh fruits and vegetables every Tuesday within the hospital. It is one of the largest osteopathic teaching hospitals in the United States with a 371-bed capacity. KH Dayton has received numerous awards, including Top 100 Hospital, Patient Safety Excellence Award from Healthgrades in 2019, and an 'A' grade from the Leapfrog Group for patient safety.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Perform timely, quality ultrasound exams.
  • Interact positively with diverse patient populations and families.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and assist in other areas as needed.
  • Possible on-call and holiday shifts required.
Job Qualifications:
  • ARDMS or ARRT registry required.
  • Multiple ARDMS credentials within 1 year preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One year of sonography experience preferred.
