Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams per physician orders.
• Enter patient demographics accurately.
• Provide patient education and explain exam.
• Tailor exams based on findings and diagnosis.
• Update patient logs and submit billing.
• Ensure operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with training of student sonographers, residents, and fellows.
• Assist physicians with invasive procedures.
