Meds Talent LLC in Russellville, Arkansas, is seeking an Ultrasound Technician to join our imaging team. This full-time role welcomes new graduates and experienced sonographers, with Monday–Friday shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and rotating call.

Salary ranges from $56,160 to $95,760 annually, reflecting the opportunity to advance in an acute-care imaging environment. Graduate from an accredited program and ARDMS/ARRT(DMS) eligibility are required, with BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology program.
• ARDMS or ARRT(DMS) certification, or eligibility.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• One year of ultrasound experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations for radiologist interpretation.
• Perform a variety of studies, including Abdominal, OB, Vascular, Pelvic, Breast, Small Parts.
• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to patients from newborns to older adults.
• Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for physicians and clinical staff.
• Participate in continuing education and quality/performance improvement initiatives.
• Support daily imaging department operations with professionalism and reliability.
