Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks an Ultrasound Technician. Qualifications

• Education: Certificate/Diploma in Diagnostic Imaging required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Licenses: NH Medical Imaging License and ARDMS certification; BLS required.
• Experience: 2–3 years ultrasound experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound imaging equipment to acquire images and communicates impressions to physicians.
• Participates in call, holiday, and shift rotations; rotates to main campus and community locations.
• Prepares and maintains equipment and rooms; ensures patient identification and safety.
• Mentors students and staff; supports research and QA projects.
