Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Ultrasound Tech to join our outpatient team, with 2-3 days per week in Lombard, Westmont, and Naperville offices. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, educate patients, and ensure high-quality imaging for interpretation by physicians.

The role supports teamwork in a physician-led environment, with predictable schedules and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• ARDMS certification is required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform sonographic procedures per department standards in a timely manner.
• Educate patients before, during and after procedures to reduce anxiety.
• Produce exams with image quality meeting department protocols and submit for interpretation.

Data must be entered accurately and in a timely fashion to provide optimal patient care.Verifies all technical data entry components are complete prior to the end of shift.Monitors stock supplies in imagining rooms to assure their regular availability by timely reordering, rotation of dated items, and by maintenance of a clean and orderly environment.Reports incidences of equipment failure.Actively supports organizational changes.Adheres to institutional safety procedures as described in the institutional safety program.Actively participates in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
