Job summary

MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of Novant Health, is seeking a Full-time Ultrasound Technologist at the Charlotte, NC location. You will produce ultrasound images for diagnosis, ensure quality patient care, and support a premier outpatient imaging network.

Ideal candidates are ARDMS registered in three modalities (RVT preferred) with 0–2+ years' experience and a commitment to ongoing CEUs. Relocation/sign-on bonuses may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARDMS registered in three modalities including vascular sonography (RVT).
• Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active.

Responsibilities

• Provide ultrasound imaging and patterns used for patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Complete scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Facility: Novant Health Imaging Cabarrus

Location: Charlotte, NC

Position Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Work Schedule Details: M-F 5x8 or T-F 4x10 (can discuss schedule)

Responsibilities

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for providing quality patient care while producing ultrasound images and patterns used for patient diagnosis and treatment. The responsibilities also include completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARDMS registered in three modalities including vascular sonography (RVT)
• Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active

Prior Experience

• 0 - 2+ years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist

Special Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ultrasound procedures and standards
• Skill in operation of Ultrasound equipment
• Customer service background and focus
