Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program.
• Associate's Degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• ARDMS or equivalent certification required upon hire.
• BLS - American Heart Association certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and provide high quality sonography and X-ray imaging as needed for diagnosis.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to KRMC policies and vision statements.
• Perform basic patient care tasks such as vitals, EKGs, wound care and splinting as assigned.

Education

Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography

ARDMS Certification (or equivalent)

National Registered Technologist - Sonography (NRT)

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
