Job summary

Atlas MedStaff LLC. seeks an Ultrasound Technician for a 13-week contract at a busy Yakima hospital.

You will work 12-hour night shifts Friday to Sunday, performing vascular, OB/GYN, abdominal, pelvic and testicular scans on inpatients and outpatients with a caseload of 10–13 cases. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of acute care experience, ARDMS OB and ABD certifications, and is comfortable with neonatal brain scans.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound scans for inpatients and outpatients.

Join us as an Ultrasound Technician on a 13-week contract at a busy community hospital in Yakima, Washington. This role involves working a 12-hour night shift from Friday to Sunday, with the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of ultrasound procedures, including vascular, OB/GYN, abdominal, pelvic, and testicular scans. You will be working predominantly independently, performing both inpatient and outpatient scans with a caseload of 10-13 cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of acute care experience, ARDMS certifications in OB and ABD, and be comfortable handling neonatal brain scans. This position offers the chance to work with EPIC EMR, and occasional floating to nearby imaging centers ensures variety in your workday. On-call duties include one night a week and one weekend per month, with flexible call responsibilities depending on your shift schedule.
