Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Sonographer to produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation across multiple locations. The role involves teamwork and adherence to IAC and ARDMS codes of ethics, with opportunities to work in exams spanning OB/GYN, MSK, abdomen, and vascular studies.

Candidates should have a CAAHEP-accredited program and ARDMS registration, with the ability to obtain BLS during employment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program recognized by ARDMS.
• ARDMS registration preferred or required by department.
• Ability to obtain BLS during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures to high diagnostic standards per IAC and ARDMS codes.
• Serve as primary liaison between patients, licensed practitioners and the care team.
• Adhere to departmental exam protocols and employ professional judgment.
• Demonstrate independent, ethical judgment and critical thinking in examinations.
