Job summary

ExecuSource, Inc. is seeking a Sonographer for a hospital client in Cookeville, TN. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, interact with patients and physicians, and maintain exam rooms and department readiness.

Requires an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or Business; ARDMS certification within 6 months for registry-eligible candidates; ongoing CE credits to stay in good standing. OB/GYN, abdominal, vascular, endovaginal and other ultrasound procedures are part of the workload.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or Business required; bachelor’s preferred.
• ARDMS certification must be earned within 6 months of hire for registry-eligible candidates.
• Continuing education credits required to stay in good standing with ARDMS.
• Hands-on scanning experience in OB/GYN, abdomen, vascular, endovaginal, small parts, and ultrasound-guided procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and prepare exam rooms; keep department stocked.
• Provide patient care and safety in line with department standards.
• Use independent judgment and initiative.
• Handle front-line department tasks: customer service, phone communication, data entry in HIS/RIS/PACS, cleanliness, and infection control.
• Meet hospital service standards with patients and colleagues.

Sonographer, Ultrasound | Cookeville, TN
Days · 7:30am-5:00pm · 4 x 9-hour shifts per week

ExecuSource is assisting on a search for a Sonographer for a hospital client in Cookeville, TN. You would work directly with patients and physicians, performing a variety of specialized sonographic procedures.

Compensation

• $32.00 - $42.00/hr, depending on experience
• Optional sign-on bonus of $7,500 for candidates with 2+ years of experience, with an 18-month commitment. Requires working one additional shift per payroll period if the hospital deems it necessary.
• Relocation assistance of up to $5,000. If you take the sign-on bonus, the relocation commitment is covered by the 18-month agreement. If you take relocation only, the commitment is 12 months.
