Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Part Repair Technician I to repair, test, and rebuild medical equipment with a primary focus in ultrasound probe repair operations.

You will perform incoming inspection, repairs, and documentation to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office, hand tools, and the ability to work under a microscope.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• AS or BS in electronics a plus.
• Associates degree in technical/electronics field or equivalent military training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or installation of medical equipment, imaging equipment and/or electronic parts and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection and functional testing of ultrasound probes.
• Work independently and with team members.
• Perform timely, quality repairs.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation per SOP.
• Conduct repairs on ultrasound probes for customer and inventory per daily production schedules.
• Performs live scanning evaluations for transducer functionality.
• Test ultrasound probe parts using diagnostic utilities.
• Support in-process quality testing and troubleshooting during repairs.
• Assist with inventory processing for department.
• Daily equipment maintenance and area clean-up; other duties per management.
