Job summary

Pinehurst Medical Clinic is seeking a PMCUltrasound Tech to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and support accurate diagnoses. You will work closely with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality imaging and patient comfort.

The role is a Day Shift (Mon-Fri) with a 40-hour schedule, non-exempt hourly pay, and a focus on imaging excellence while maintaining patient-centered care across PMC locations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in ultrasound or equivalent required.
• RDMS registered or registry eligible.
• RVT registered or registry eligible.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures as ordered by PMC physicians, NPs, or PAs.
• Obtain diagnostic images using PMC protocols and imaging equipment.
• Instruct patients on physiological requirements for procedures.
• Send diagnostic ultrasound exams to radiologist for interpretation.
• Assist in transferring patients as needed.
• Collect essential patient information and correlate with prior scans.

Education
