You will manage staffing, train and evaluate staff, coordinate with the healthcare team, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor equipment quality. A strong background in imaging modalities and ARRT/ARDMS credentials is required.

Qualifications

• Accredited program in imaging, radiology, or diagnostic medical sonography.
• One of the following credentials required: ARRT, ARDMS, RDCS, RVT, RVS, NMTCB, or ARMRIT.
• Must have or be able to obtain CRT license (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of imaging staff and ensures service levels.
• Develops staffing plans, trains coaches and evaluates staff performance.
• Leads service recovery for complex patient issues and ensures safety
• Maintains inventory and assists with budget planning under imaging leadership.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and coordinates patient care with the health care team.
