Job summary

Nudge is seeking a Signal Processing engineer to advance acoustic modeling of transducer arrays, beamforming, holography, and imaging for our brain-interfacing technologies.

You will develop software and algorithms, evaluate safety and performance, and push the design of next‑generation devices through modeling and prototype testing, collaborating with hardware, software, and research teams.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering / physics first principles.
• Experience with acoustic modeling software.
• Experience with writing algorithms and designing own tests.
• MS in a relevant engineering discipline.
• A demonstrated history of exceptional technical contribution.
• High integrity and strong professional judgement.

Responsibilities

• Improve acoustic models of transducer arrays and subject-specific acoustic properties with feedback from benchtop and clinical testing.
• Evaluate the devices for both safety and performance considerations.
• Inform the design of next-generation devices through modeling and prototype testing.
• Develop software and algorithms for signal processing, beamforming, holography, and imaging.
