Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle, WA is seeking a Body Radiologist to join our patient-centered team and educate residents in a robust residency program while interpreting CT, MRI and ultrasound. The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology, completed a Body or Ultrasound Imaging fellowship, and holds or is eligible for a Washington medical license.

The role offers 0.8–1.0 FTE, no overnight in-house call, occasional weekend call, and potential for one

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship in Body or Ultrasound Imaging (ACGME accredited).
• Active Washington medical license or eligible for licensure.
• Proficiency in CT, MRI and ultrasound.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret studies across CT, MRI and ultrasound.
• Educate and mentor radiology residents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and tumor boards.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
