Qualifications

• Registry in at least one sonography area (RDMS/RVT/ARRT) is required or registry-eligible.
• BLS certification within six weeks of employment and recertification as needed.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for outreach/mobile services.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner using sonographic skills to obtain appropriate images.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team; assist during invasive procedures when applicable; train students and staff as needed.
• Support accreditation processes and stay compliant with safety and ethical standards.
• May include echocardiography depending on facility and needs.
