Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for General Imaging Ultrasound to drive clinical education, training, and demonstrations. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years of General Imaging Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience; plus ARDMS certification.
• ARDMS certification in: Abdomen (and preferred RVT, OB/GYN, Adult Cardiac, or MSK).
• Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and adapting messaging to audience.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking and IT.
• Willingness to travel extensively 75+% (4-5 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US.
• Must live within the territory: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical leadership during pre-sales by demonstrating Ultrasound products and benefits to drive regional revenue.
• Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training for customers; monitor outcomes.
• Serve as SME for General Imaging Ultrasound and clinical liaison to sales to strengthen clinical capabilities and customer relationships.
• Penetrate competitive accounts and relay market intelligence to the business.
• Advance new product features and clinical techniques; partner with customers to develop training plans.
• Support trade shows and conferences with product demonstrations and training.
• Act as focal point for modality/team and address customer satisfaction issues and escalations.
• Develop relationships with customers to standardize and optimize protocols; support clinical education initiatives.
• Promote hybrid training delivery and maintain pre/post training documentation per global guidance.
• Demonstrate safety and quality mindset as part of QMS and EHS policies.
