Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general ultrasound exams across diverse patient populations, ensuring image quality and protocol adherence.
• Accurately document results and collaborate with physicians for timely interpretation.
• Educate and reassure patients during imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment; ensure calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards.

Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a modern clinical environment, utilizing your expertise in general ultrasound. As a Sonographer, you'll play an essential role in providing accurate, timely ultrasound studies that directly impact patient care decisions.

What You'll Bring

• Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, specifically in general ultrasound procedures
• Proficiency with contemporary ultrasound equipment and image storage systems (PACS)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals

$3,194 - $3,379/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
