Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC in California seeks a Diagnostic Ultrasound Sonographer to perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures under physician direction, producing high-quality images of breast, OB, vascular, renal, carotid, abdomen and pelvis. The role requires EPIC experience and a strong commitment to patient care.

You will operate GE Logiq E9 and E10 systems, follow protocols, document findings, and mentor other ultrasound staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate from an accredited ultrasound program is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Credentials: ARDMS – Vascular RVT; CCI – RVS; ARRT – Sonography S; ARRT – Vascular Sonography VS; multiple credentials preferred.
• Certification/registration applies to CA and Hawaii ACR-accredited sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations using appropriate equipment and protocols.
• Capture and produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Perform measurements and calculations as required.
• Document and verify findings and present images/results to physicians.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Follow established diagnostic and patient-care protocols.
• Supervise and mentor ultrasound personnel.

Job description

Schedule - Day Shift 4 x 10s; 7am to 5:30pm/Must have EPIC experience/ one day per week they will have a 3 hour window of call from 530pm-830pm. Must be able to scan breast, OB, anatomy scans, DVT, upper and lower extremity vascular studies, renal artery, carotid, abdomen, pelvis, etc. we do a lot of female breast, pelvic and OB. GE Logiq E9 and E10 machines used

Responsible for performing ultrasonic diagnostic procedures according to established protocols and physician direction. The sonographer produces high-quality images of internal body tissues, organs, vessels, and pathology to assist physicians with diagnosis and monitoring.
