You will lead a team, write and submit work plans, document site activities, change orders, and provide field directives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial services, hydro blasting, or chemical cleaning.
• Cost estimating and computer experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and follow all policies.
• Manage project adherence to safety, regulatory, and corporate standards.
• Write proposals, cost estimates, and work scopes.
• Develop relationships with key customers and resolve issues.
• Guide subordinates to meet budget expectations and collect payments.
• Provide engineering and technical support and oversee procurement.
