Job summary

Mass General Brigham invites applicants for a full-time Research Assistant in the Department of Pathology. The role focuses on developing ultrasensitive protein detection technologies, including Simoa and MOSAIC, for biomarker discovery in human biofluids and diagnostic applications.

You will perform experiments, optimize assay performance, analyze data, and document results, with collaboration across the Harvard Medical School and Wyss Institute environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs routine and non-routine experiments of moderate to high complexity.
• prepares reagents and evaluates antibodies for assays.
• Develops and optimizes Simoa and MOSAIC assays.
• Generates calibration curves and performs biomarker measurements in human biofluids.
• Analyzes data using statistical techniques and reports results.
• Collaborates with PI and team, coordinates tests and schedules.
• Documents experimental work accurately and in detail.
• Assists in training new staff and ordering lab supplies.
